ZAK - Printing Production-Contracting System

ZAK

ZAK is a modern information system for comprehensive management of printing production.

The system clearly defines all key processes: communication with the customer, preparation of offers, technological process, production process, but also the process of obtaining information about the production done and its comparison with the conditions of the offer.

QWIZZ – Reporting System

QWIZZ

QWIZZ is a universal reporting module, which is either embedded in applications (ZAK, QWIST) or standalone. By using it, the user obtains data from different data sources – both databases and files – and efficiently processes, sorts and transforms the data using the SQL language and a language specifically created for compiling Qscript reports.

The Qscript language can also be used to design simple applications.

Fineflow – Business Process Management System

The Fineflow system was designed to increase efficiency of business processes in terms of organization, documentation and management with minimum costs on the part of clients. Fineflow implements the idea of a process-oriented information system, which can also be called a workflow system.

Deployment of the workflow system is preceded by the process analysis which will prepare the default settings for the whole system. For this purpose we use the APPIS methodology, which was developed by our company based on the experience in this field.

CASE EnterpriseArchitect (EA) is used for APPIS processing. An EA expansion module was created for automated transfer of process models from EA to Fineflow – the definition and modification of processes is transferred from the process models created in EA to the Fineflow system with no loss of data.

Cooperation

Since 2008 we have been cooperating, in the form of outsourcing, with Systema Human Information Systems GmbH (part of the CompuGROUP holding) in developing an information system for hospitals.

The MPA clinical system (Medical Process Assistant) is a modern clinical information system, which covers a vast majority of basic clinical activities of various types of hospitals. It is based on the possibility of implementing the process approach at any depth of process specification. It is a modular workflow system based on clinical process models with links to electronic patient documentation.

MPA is implemented in Austria, Germany, the Czech Republic, Serbia (more than 100 hospitals in total, another 30 implementations in progress).
